Environmental Impact Assessment

Nunavut Environmental Consulting and its partners have conducted environmental effects assessments spanning a wide variety of sectors, including residential developments, transportation corridors, energy infrastructure, large-scale mines in the Arctic, and other large developments.

 

We were recently involved in a proposed fibre optic cable project from Milton, Newfoundland & Labrador to Iqaluit, Nunavut. Our primary focus is to identify potential effects on the terrestrial and marine environments, address all permitting requirements, and participate in community engagement.
